I am looking for quite a few of the pivot bars, receivers and coil springs

I am in need of some coil replacement for my Simonton windows. They are 20 years old. I am not sure what type or size to purchase.

We broke a few balance shoes while cleaning the windows. What product should I order. I added a picture of the coil for reference as well. Only need 8 shoes.

Window became stuck and would not move up or down. I probably should replace the hardware shown in the picture. I want to make sure that I buy the correct hardware. Do you have a video showing the correct procedure to replace these parts?

I am trying to fix the shoe. I bought the one in bag ( part 15-192)but it is the wrong thickness. I need only 1/2 inch. I thought it was correct because of the hoke on side to screw the coils to. Do you have another suggestion.

i have Simonton Prism Platinum double hung windows installed in 2004! and i orderd Item # 15-192 Pivot Shoes, but they dont fit in the grove that the shoe slides in and how in the world do you get that double spring thing out so you can attach the pivot she ?? i have watched some of your U-Tube vid ... I have 22 year old Certainteed windows, I have 1 that's 31x57 ish. and the balance coil broke. The old one that's still good looks like a figure 8 (almost broken also) and the other one is the broken one. The plastic piece it hangs on is 1.25 x 1.5 inches. The upper sash won't stay up. I know I need a pivot shoe but how do you know if the springs are also bad? The spring number is 405I have two of these old Certainteed windows that I'm trying to use as replacements for my garage and both top sash's won't stay up.Thank you, Susan

I can't identify the brand of the window... but one pivot shoe is broken..

I need to replace this balance, I believe it's a S170 - it measures 3/4" wide but the stamp says "10 J" can you help me with this?

I have had problems with several Simonton tilting windows recently. It appears that the Pivot lock shoes have broken. On coil balance is the number 407 J. I think I need both pieces, The one that holds the coil and the pivot lock shoes. The windows at 23 years old according to the tag. Any help would be appreciated.

All the dimensions are edge to edge:single coil support: 1 1/4" W by 1 9/16 Hcoil balance pivot shoe: 1 1/4" W by 1 1/2" Hthe sash is: 20 3/4" W by 17 1/2" HUnfortunately there are no markings on any of the parts. I need a closed cam shoe for a tilt window that accommodates a similar T-shaped pivot bar. Can you identify this? Thanks. -Christopher

I ordered and received part 15-192 (x14) - order # 2355538 -, but it does not fit in the grove as it is too thick.I dismantled a pivot shoe that come with the "spring". Do I need other parts?Can I sent you back the 14 pivot shoes?Thank you for your answer,Anne

Good morning,This Certainteed Coil Balance is from an approx. year1914 or prior vinyl Dbl. Hung sash. A piece snapped off the plastic Spring Cover.Can this be replaced? I will need 6-12.Thank you,Gail @ Towne Glass
