Is there any way to adjust the operator? When you purchase a replacement. Is the handing designated from the inside or the outside of the window? Thank you

I need a few LH and RH Caradco casement window operators. The length of the single arm is 14" and the roller is 7/8" diameter. Mine looks like your 39-013 and 39-014 but the arm is only 13.5" long. But that might work, what is the diameter of the end roller?

Just purchased a 1963 house in Eugene, OR and it has most of the old wooden casement windows. The wood is in good shape and the mechanisms are intact but many of the cranks are stripped. I am working on cleaning up the window cranks. We have several that the long screw attached to the crank won't turn to "close" the window or is missing the crank and long screw attachment. It looks like it is "stripped". Can the two parts be bought?
