There is no number or identification on the crank

I can tell this is a Truth operator as it has their logo on the arm. However, there are no part numbers and all the replacement ones I've seen are slightly different. I'd hate to spent money and the unit not be correct.

The window opens fully but it won't close. I was under the impression that the Sprocketts ( not correct name ?) but the (Screws) were worn out and so the crank can't engage with the ( whatever it is called.

Hello, thanks in advance. Our window crank does not open the window anymore. There is a small gear that has come out of the unit and the gear teeth seem worn out. I assume the window handle needs to be replaced.

Cranks are striped- don't turn. Silverline window in kitchen installed 17 years ago. Numbers on underside= Right crank 5053, Left crank 50T3.

I have an ancient casement. It needs all new parts. The operator arm length is 8". The sill bracket is 10" and the sash bracket is 11-1/4. Can you help? Thanks, David

I just need the part that is inside the window casing. That rolls the window in and out. The part that makes it roll in and out is broke

Do you have pairs of hinge arms that have a sash clip on end that attaches to the track? My windows are Biltbest Casements 1987. The sash tracks are built into the windows and go all along the width of the window.
