I have attached pictures of my two Semco channel balances, one of which needs replacing. As you can see from the codes on the balances, they both say 24. However, the broken channel balance measures about 26 1/8" long. The longer channel balance (24HB) is for the lower/front sash, and the shorter ... (cont.)

The plastic part is broken on both sides. Inside sash. And the outside sashes as well. The picture on the side of the sash is a part window I believe. I would like to know how to order these parts. And, how to replace them.

Can we get the shoe with 15-197 instead of 15-014?If so, what is the part#?Please advise.Thank you

I need to replace 2 inverted balances. They are 35? long and have 15-197 terminal on them. I can not locate a pivot pin that looks like mine. The right side pin (looking from the inside) is broken. I need (2) S751-33" balances stamped 32 REG and (2) S751-25" balances stamped 24HD but I need these to have the 15-197 shoe attached. Is this something that you can make quickly for me as a home closing depends upon this repair.

would like to purchase 20 of your S751-33 with HD spring tension and the 15-197 locking terminal. Can I order them complete on arrival or will I have to order separate and attach the locking terminal myself. thanx, david

Hello, Swisco We need to replace these broken pulleys on double hung windows, or perhaps even the entire inserts and mechanisms. There does not seem to be any brand associated with these windows. Thanks, -Chuck

I believe that I need a 33'' series 751 balance for a window - part number S751-33 the number on the old part is 32tg - my question is with the end piece on the balance I am attaching photos as the end piece on your site does not match what I haveAny help would be appreciated

What would the price be for the following: 26TG with a 15-197 locking terminal. 28TG with a 15-197 locking terminal.

I need 2 of the attached ribbed balances with the blue shoe. Please note, the length of the channel is actually 38-1/4" even though the stamp says 36TGB (not 37" as would be expected) Channel is right about 9/16" wide and and 5/8" deep. The sash is approx 40 lbs.

Hello-I have a house that was built in 2002. I'm the second owner and I have wood/clad windows that need some TLC. Is your 751 balancer the correct part for Semco DCS double hung tilt windows? Can I attach my existing shoes so as to not have to wait for a special order with the 15-197 shoe? Are these balancers available in the tan color?

Your rep thought these windows look like tilt window balances, but I don't think so. I think the windows are too old to tilt. What do you think?
