I have some windows that need some combo of T-Lock Shoes, Channel Balances, and pivot bar. Some of my pivot bars rusted and broke off still stuck inside the T-Lock shoes. Hi I have several windows that have failed balances. There preventing my windows from opening and staying open. The hook at the one end of these fixes to the top of the window frame.
