Hello ,I need some help to find the right balance to be able to order it

Has "22B BSI" imprinted on metal. Am I missing parts? Balancers fell out and I haven't been able to reinstall

Stamped 26B 26" long, 9/16" wide, 1/2" depth shoe is amesbury side-locking t-lock @ 1.25" wide attaches with a metal hook clip what parts do you suggest? Thank you.

I need to replace this part and need the accompanying shoe and the part at the top that hooks into the sash? On the outside is stamped 27B and then PR BSI. I see similar but not exact things on your website. Can you help me get the right parts?

Here is a pick of the balance rod with clip required for my window. Last time I order it was part# 28D balance w/15-198 clip. I have a previous order # 2344972 which was order and worked. Also have additional parts I need to add which are standard parts.

I need to replace the Tilt in Window Balances in some of my vinyl windows and have narrowed it down to the S795 32D model however, I am not sure which cam mechanism to order and I also need a hook on the end to attach the top to the window. I believe the replacement is your series 795 and a 15-194 shoe for I'm other posts but wanted to double check since that seems like a screw in attachment point where I have a hook.

The Tlock shoe on both side of my Pelham window are broken The balances are fine I am having trouble to remove the tlock shoes from the channel. I might have to cut a slot on the top of the window track to remove the Tlock.. But how will I be able to hook it to the balance?

Hello, the first picture shows the product we have purchased. The rest of the pictures showmy existing product. My question is the upper mount for the string tension on my window is in a slit in the housing. The new product sounds like you use a screw to mount. Is this correct or do I have the wrong ... The homeowner had Farley 300 Series windows installed back in 2006. They have a couple of issues with the windows. Two of the balance systems have failed and they are in need of replacement. The metal balance piece is about 26" long. They also need tilt latches (3 L and 3 R) for the same windows. ... (cont.)

I have this balancer and balancer shoe. Several have popped out of my windows and it appears it's the shoe that is broken on them (since it is a plastic piece). I need to know if I can purchase this shoe and if that will correct my problem? Also, does that shoe replacement come in a metal piece or o ... (cont.)

Pat #s found on part 6.679.000 4.610.108 D467.490 I thought I purchased the right replacement with item# 15-229 but they are not correct. I would like to return those items in order 2454772 and hopefully find the correct parts aswell. Please help!
