I'm in need of 12 pivots and 12 of the spring retainers I guess they would be called. And then also a total of 14 spring. I have the sizes of the sashes I'm sure they're probably different ratings on the springs, there were no numbers on the springs that I took out

Hi, I need to replace these on my window. It appears to be stamped #5 but the only #5 option I found on your website only had a single coil, but this one had two. Not sure what I should be buying

These are Simonton windows (c. 2006) with triple coil balances. I have three of these windows, each with upper (outer) and lower (inner) panes. 1 1/2 top to bottom. 1 1/4 wide. 9/16 thick.If you can't provide an 5300SB shoe can you please recommend a replacement. Thank you, Bob
