Hi, I need to replace these on my window. It appears to be stamped #5 but the only #5 option I found on your website only had a single coil, but this one had two. Not sure what I should be buying

These are Simonton windows (c. 2006) with triple coil balances. I have three of these windows, each with upper (outer) and lower (inner) panes. As shown in the photos, the plastic portion of many of the pivot shoe holders has cracked in the center. Some have separated completely in half. As also sho ... (cont.)

I need to purchase double coil springs and pivot lock shoes and tilt latch as pictured. The window sashes weigh 22.3lbs. Ea. Replacement parts are for a Simenton double hung window. Can you help me?
