Springs are 35" and have 4.5 on them. The shoe is 17/32 thick and 1.25" wide

There is no brand name anywhere on window. I sent pic of bar code built in 2010 I need the parts at the bottom of the sash that hold the window in track and rotate the pane inside to clean and the rectangular plastic piece in the window track (friction block?) please advise...thx ... (cont.)

I have a few windows with broken coil springs. The windows do not go up or down. On at least 1 window the metal peg that stick out from the window and attaches to the window frame is also broken. The coils are stamped 9, then 7, then 4 reading from the upper coil down to the bottom bent one. Somehow they just broke in the runner.
