The entire coil balance assembly has failed in different ways in multiple windows. Looking to replace them all. I think I have an S190 coil spring, but am unsure of the size. I am replacing the quick tilt assemblies inside one of windows that is completely destroyed. I need to know what parts I need. Please see pictures and advise. Please note that the casing around the springs have the number 4 on one casing and the number 8 on the other.

I need the tilt balance. Mine plastic housing is for 3 spring but only used 2. I need the 3 inch T and the window releases right and left. Several sets of each. My house built in 2007.
