Where can I get this balance coil/window spring balance for my window?

Needs a 3" pivot bar with a dimension of the second hole 2-3/8" from top of hinge pin end.

I'm looking for two pivot bars for a simonton window installed in 2003. They appear to be just under 3 inches long and about 1/8 or 3/16" thick. I'm selling my house and closing is just over 3 weeks away.

I need the tilt balance. Mine plastic housing is for 3 spring but only used 2. I need the 3 inch T and the window releases right and left. Several sets of each. My house built in 2007.

The existing and missing is .5" x 1.25". on all windows, which are from the same batch. So the base shoes, base pins are the same. I have 2 lower sashes, 15 lb each. Can I get coils (4), base shoe (4), coil covers (4), pins (4) I have one lower sash, 18 lb. Could I get coils (2), base pins (2), ... (cont.)

I ordered item #26-336 to replace the pivot bars on our simonton windows but they did not fit, the bars stuck out too much to fit back into the tracks. what part should I order to replace my pivot bars? the bar is broken and bent but measured about 3" 5/8

We have Plygem windows from about 2012. A few years ago the windows were tilted out without the window being lifted and parts broke. One of the smaller windows stills has a 3700 sticker series. unable to identify part number of window - the windows tilt out for cleaning - was told by the company that installed the window that they were Anderson windows but no one at Anderson can identify the part and the company refuses to provide the manufacturer's name - says they don't have my files. I am having a hard time finding replacement pivot pins for a double hung window installed in 2015. Manufacturer: ViWintech. No response from the manufacturer and the installer has been no help. Thanks.

Number on the carrier 590 Pat#5740165. I was also wondering to the replacements come with the springs or are they separate?

I do know that I need 15-199 pivot shoes, I do know that I need Series 165 coils, but I dont know the balance....please help me. Based upon what I have learned from your experts, I think in a lot of my cases it is just the coil cover/retainer that has dry rotted, and the coils and shoes are fine. ... (cont.)
