a Piece inside the pivot shoe lock of one of my windows broke, making it hard to open and close the hardware appears to be a coil spring balancer. Attached are picture of the whole assembly installed and removed

Hi! I have a vinylmax window that won't stay up. The uploaded photos are from a different window but the coil balance and brake shoe are missing from the window. What are the replacement parts that match the pictures above? Thanks!

Would like rebuild kits if possible.

Hi we have Simonton Single Hung Windows at our coastal home. The windows were installed in 2005 when the home was built. I need to replace the coil balance in the window. What is the best suggestion please?

I need a 3 inch pivot bar and a tilt window latch. Do you have these parts in stock and what are the prices. I would need 6 pivot bars and 2 left and 2 right tilt window latches.
