Hi we have Simonton Single Hung Windows at our coastal home. The windows were installed in 2005 when the home was built. I need to replace the coil balance in the window. What is the best suggestion please?

Thanx for your help. Have windows put in over 20 years ago by window world. Have problems w/ these that they say they can't help me with. I cannot see any numbers or manufacturers on these parts. I have a Simonton vinyl tilt window from 2004 with two broken balancers. I found one of the three springs inscribed with #4.0 and 35". I'm not sure of your parts will fit. I need a 3 inch pivot bar and a tilt window latch. Do you have these parts in stock and what are the prices. I would need 6 pivot bars and 2 left and 2 right tilt window latches.

Can you match these parts, if so I need to order a couple of the pivot points and a few of the shoes.

Hi Swisco Team - I have a coil balance, single sash window. The coil is disconnected/broken on one side and the shoe is broken on the other. I *think* I've narrowed down the spring to a Series 160, 6.5lbs, and a 17/32" 15-199 shoe. I'm lost on the top plastic block part.

Hello Swisco Here is the part I need please. If I measured correctly, here is what I got. 1 1/4 wide x 17/32 or 9/16 deep x just under 1 1/2 long from the arch at the top. Looks like it matches Product Code: 15-177 Please let me know to place the order. Thank you. JPG
