could you please help me identify the correct replacement for my window I ordered 21" Series 380 but was unsure of S380 or S385 I also ordered 2010 resistance but I wasn't sure. The window weighs about 10-15 lbs

The metal channel measures 21 inches the only identifiable numbers I can find are 20 3 DN Caldwell.

There are markings 20 4 caldwell am.

I am trying to determine the correct part to order to replace my channel balances. The metal portion is 21 inches long and the channel is 1/2" wide. The bottom shoe is slightly more than 1 inch wide. The window weighs 21 lbs. The stamp reads 2090, which doesn't seem to match any of the products ... (cont.)

When window is being opened, it tilts clockwise. I am thinking the balancers are broken and they are sliding out of track. Guessing from the picture I need S385 series, winged top guide winged bottom feet. 21 in x 0.5 in balancer. Likely need new top clips too, at least one is bent up. Am I ... (cont.)

We need a Lower 21 inch balance, S385 which weighs 12#, not sure if option 2020 or 2030 is best, which do you recommend?
