I'd like to replace two channel balances in a Window World window. Each channel balance is 24 inches long. Stamped identifier is 23 9 KU CMC 1. There is a hook on one end and a loop on the other end. Thank you.

I have provided pictures of this channel balance. It is 24 inchesd long. and as pictured has the labeling " 23 2 CR CALDWELL" printed on the side.Can you help me with part number and directions for ordering and installation?Regards,David PS let me know if you need more info.

The length of the metal portion of the balancer is 24 inches. Weight of Sash is 18.3 lbs.

Good Morning. Just purchased a condo with single plane single hung HARCAR aluminum windows. The balances were removed from two of the windows. Marking on the balances is 230 T. Look to purchase 4 replacement balances. The length of the metal channel is 24".
