Hello. I need to replace the springs on my windows. A local handyman ordered parts from you and I went to try to fix my windows and the parts that he ordered are too skinny. They are not the same size as what I already have in my windows. Can you help?Kelley

The length of the channel is 24, the stamp on the channel says 2590 and I don't see that number listed. I'm thinking that the series 380 is the right one but the stamped number is throwing me off. Please see attached photos. I will need 2 sets.Thank you in advance for your help.David ... (cont.)

I need to find the correct replacement part of my window balance. The interior cord broke, and the plastic end also broke. The length of the balance (measuring only the metal part) is 24 inches. The width is 5/8 in.
