S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

Can you please assist me in identifying the right replacement parts necessary to refurbish three identical windows? The attached image depicts the various parts I need. I have two broken window channel guides and need replacements. The broken component seems to be the string on the inside but I don't know if it's easier to just get an entirely new unit. Trying to confirm which series Channel guide I have. Looking to order two for a non-tilting window, not sure of Brand name, vinyl. The markings on the channel guide I have are blue ink numbers: 26 4 FV CMC 7 There is no metal stamped indented number that I can find on the aluminum. It measur ... (cont.)

The terminal clip broke off of the channel balance and I need to replace it. The channel balance doesn't have an ID number that matches anything on your website. Can you please let me know what type of channel balance I should buy? Thanks.

Please help with identity for replacement. Stamp is "26 4 CALDWELL IM" Lenght of metal channel is 27", Width is 1/2" inside. I am attatching photo of ends. Thank you..Dennis

Greetings, I took several pics of my channel counter balancers, probably more than needed. I also looked at your web page and beleive this is a series 390. So you know, this is 1/2 wide and 27" long.
