S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

I have several windows that need new channel balancers. (1/2inch) First set says 32 4 AN Caldwell Second set says 26 4 CN Caldwell Do sell replacement parts or have any way to cross reference these items to something sold today?

I am trying to find replacement channel balances for my windows, but do not know which ones to buy. Attached are pictures of the channel balances I need to replace. Please advise. Does this look like a series 380 With a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom? Option 2640? It is 27 inches long 9/16 width ( also "hemmed edges" if it's important).
