Greetings, I needing to replace a number of these window balances and needing to know what i need to order. They're 28" in length. I have a number of pics but it would only allow me to load 5 pics. Thanks for assisting

Gapco windows. 1/2" x 28" long attached pics as per your ID video. I think it's the Series 385. Also have another window that barely moves up & down, requires a lot of force. Channel balances look ok, does it just need lubrication? If so, just on the outside, or inside where the spring is? Tha ... (cont.)

I have 2 lengths of channel balances that need to be replaced; both have a channel depth of 1/2"; both ends are winged. The 25-4 is 26" long & the 27-3 is 28". Please tell me the correct replacements to order.

Hi, I want to replace my existing channel balance. It is 28", width is 0.5" for a non tilting window. The engraved stamp states 27 4 BSI ND. The sash is 20lbs. I think I need the 28" Series 385 2740 but wanted to confirm. Pictures included. Thank you.

I have many of these Alenco windows that are malfunctioning. Main problem is broken plastic caps at top of balances # 1.For some I need to replace complete balance mechanism on both sides. Will order both sides for a few sets as all I look at seem half broken or badly strained. They are stamped 279 ... (cont.)

Hello, One of the channel balances for my window broke, so I would like to order two replacements. The item ID on the balance I removed is 20 4 KT CMC 2 and the length is 21 inches. Need replacement for double hung window spring

Length = 28" Width = 1/2" Depth = 9/16" Markings = 27 4 AL Caldwell

The channel balances are approximately 28 inches in length and 5/8 inch wide. I included two different numbers. The channel balance with the 27-4 marking is for a 36 inch wide x 30 inch tall single hung window weighing approximately 25lbs. The windows with the 27-3 marking is for a 26 inch wide ... (cont.)

All dimensions fit the 28" series 350 but I'm not sure on the end treatments. Also the existing channel has a stamp 2790 BSI 30. But I think your 2770 should work. See photos - Please advise Thank you,
