I need to replace 4 Window Channel Balances. Can you recommend the correct products from your company? Photos are attached of the side view, "inside" view, and markings. Gapco windows. 1/2" x 28" long attached pics as per your ID video. I think it's the Series 385. Also have another window that barely moves up & down, requires a lot of force. I have 2 lengths of channel balances that need to be replaced; both have a channel depth of 1/2"; both ends are winged. The 25-4 is 26" long & the 27-3 is 28". Please tell me the correct replacements to order.

I have many of these Alenco windows that are malfunctioning. Main problem is broken plastic caps at top of balances # 1.For some I need to replace complete balance mechanism on both sides. Will order both sides for a few sets as all I look at seem half broken or badly strained. They are stamped 279 ... (cont.)
