S385-28 28" Series 385 Channel Balance

I have many of these Alenco windows that are malfunctioning. Main problem is broken plastic caps at top of balances # 1.For some I need to replace complete balance mechanism on both sides. Will order both sides for a few sets as all I look at seem half broken or badly strained. They are stamped 279 ... (cont.)

1, 24 inch window balancer.

I need to replace two block and tack. I'm not sure which one to purchase.It's 28 inches long from metal end to metal end. Attached are some pictures of the part. The only number I found was 27--E. (Damaged)

Hello, One of the channel balances for my window broke, so I would like to order two replacements. The item ID on the balance I removed is 20 4 KT CMC 2 and the length is 21 inches. Need replacement for double hung window spring

Length = 28" Width = 1/2" Depth = 9/16" Markings = 27 4 AL Caldwell

The channel balances are approximately 28 inches in length and 5/8 inch wide. I included two different numbers. The channel balance with the 27-4 marking is for a 36 inch wide x 30 inch tall single hung window weighing approximately 25lbs. The windows with the 27-3 marking is for a 26 inch wide ... (cont.)

All dimensions fit the 28" series 350 but I'm not sure on the end treatments. Also the existing channel has a stamp 2790 BSI 30. But I think your 2770 should work. See photos - Please advise Thank you,

Length is 28" for a CWS storm door for mfg house Part # on piece pictured is 27 2 RG

Please let me know what is the correct part to order considering the above pictures of the plastic things attached at the end of the part. Some are marked 27 4 AP and some are marked "27 3 BP"

This is the only remnant of a broken top sash guide on a vinyl window that I am trying to identify. Would like to replace window balance with 2730 BSI (sideway) and NC stamped on old balance. The challenge seems to be finding them with winged plastic ends attached. Two different windows, 26" & a 28". Shoes appear to be 1-1/32". I'm pretty sure I know what size but I just want clarification. Appreciate the help!
