Length is 28" for a CWS storm door for mfg house Part # on piece pictured is 27 2 RG

Please let me know what is the correct part to order considering the above pictures of the plastic things attached at the end of the part. Some are marked 27 4 AP and some are marked "27 3 BP"

This is the only remnant of a broken top sash guide on a vinyl window that I am trying to identify. Would like to replace window balance with 2730 BSI (sideway) and NC stamped on old balance. The challenge seems to be finding them with winged plastic ends attached.
