I think one of the white plastic clips are broken. Insulated Windows look fine but Balances are all beginning to break. I hope my pics are going through. Please let my know if you need any other info. Thanks !!Vic

All the windows in my house are Hallmark brand. Need the part that supports the window when opened. The plastic end pieces are broken. Mental rid is about 38 inches. My window balance channel length is 28 5/8" Should I use a 28" or 29" balance. Also how do I determine the bottom shoe depth? Do I measure the entire plastic shoe from top to bottom? Trying to decide which one I need, the 380 or the 385
