S385-28 28" Series 385 Channel Balance

Need your help to identify the correct replacement part number for the 28in and 34in channel balance per the attached pictures. At your convenience could you provide the replacement P/N? Need to buy 2 pieces of each.

I am looking for 4 pairs of 2740S model balances. Please see attached images and let me know if it is same as model 2740

Looking for a replacement channel balance for a Jeld-wen window. The balance has "27 4 CV CMC 7" stamped on it.

My current balance has a stamp of 17 4 KP Caldwell, which I figure is for the 2740 sash. I weighed the sash and it weighs 12-1/2 lbs. Should I still order the 2740 or something lighter? Thanks.

My 28" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE has 27 C stamped in it. Do you know the strength I need from that or do I need to weigh my sash?

My channel balance is in good shape but the cord snapped. Where do I find replacement cord and how do I know how long it should be?

My windows are the original ones .. in good shape through many storms but I cannot open many of them because the inside clips have become dysfunctional.. as well as the other part(s)... it?s hard to diagnose because the window may fall out. The numbers stamped on the balance are 27-3 DL5 CMC 43. I would think this would be a 27" balance but the metal piece measures 28" top to bottom not including the accessories. The sash weighs about 17 lbs. Can you help with a replacement(s).
