I think I have the Web 385 series. It is marked 27 3 GL Caldwell and measures 28 inches metal. Which should I select ? Thank you Mickey

I own a home and have a single hung aluminum window without balancers. Does not tilt in/out. The code on the sticker reads model:8130 DH-C20. Mfg: Northwest Alum. Plastic ends broke on one end. Kinro windows. Channel is 1/2 inch wide28 inches long from plastic end to plastic tip.

This is a 1/2" channel balance, the length of the metal channel is 28" (not including the TOP or SHOE). Do I need a series 380 or series 385? Thank you in advance.

Do the channel balance come in 32 inches long

27 1 FL CALDWELL is the part no. shown on channel which is 1/2" wide and 28" long. It appears to be a S380 but the S385 &S390 look similar and I can't tell the differences. The window weighs 24 lbs. Good evening. The channel. Alance on my mother-in-law's aluminum double paned window broke. It is stsmped as a Caldwell 27-4 KL. There are no other standings or markings on the unit, and the metal portion measures 28" long. It looks like the clip that secures the balance to the bottom off the window ... (cont.)

I have a number of channel balances I need to replace. The number stamped on it is 2730. What replacement parts do I need?

I'm having a difficult time finding balances for the old Hallmark window my problem is the bottom shoe on the Hallmark balances wit is less than an inch it's probably 15 16.

I don't see this number on any of your balancers? Do you have a cross reference! My balancers have # 2530 stamped on them ?
