Hello, I have a 27-4 Ed Caldwell balance that I need to replace. From your website, I think I need the 385 in a 28

the attached are pictures of the counter balance that was in a 30 inch window. I need a pair of these and also a pair of balances for a 36 inch window, same style, that doesn't have the old balances in the windows, so I can't look at them. I have Alenco windows installed around 1984. The balance is stamped 2730. Does your product S371-28 work in the Alenco window. If so do I need the black top caps and no additional pieces? All the plastic pieces on the current windows have failed.

Hello, my windows have the 2740 28" S350 window balance installed. Several windows have become too stiff to close down! My balance spring is about 28 inches long and the only markings on the balance spring is 2730 AMP GP

I recently ordered 2 S385-28 (option 2730) for a window. Order #771348. The window opens easily, but doesn't stay all the way open. It slides back down 2-3 inches. The original channel balances had the following number on 27 4 BSI 06​

good day... I am needing some parts for gapco windows. This house was built in 1987, so I assume that is the year the windows were made, or thereabouts. I have studied your different parts for different series of Gapco windows and I am quite sure that the windows are series 385.

The rail is 5/8" tall and 1/2" wide. The rail is 28" long. The rail has 2730K stamped on it. Thanks for your help!
