S385-28 28" Series 385 Channel Balance

I have a broken channel balance on a window sash that does not tilt. I need to order a replacement pair. The metal is stamped 2740 BSI CM (I think CM). I think this may be 28 series 385, but I'm not positive and would like to confirm the proper part number before I order. I have attached a photo of ... (cont.)

My existing balance is stamped with the the number 27 C (3.S.I.). Which weight option should I use?

Do you have complete window chanel balace, where metal part is 29"long? Depth 16 mm, width 14mm.

2 kinds: 1. Marking 32 4 JR CALDWELL, measures 33 inches (images 4096 - 4097) 2. Marking 27 1 JR CALDWELL, measures 28 inches (images 0884 - 0886) Please help me find the correct replacements. Thank you, Joseph

I cant seem to find these top sash guides on the site. They are 1 3/4 long and 5/8 wide. The balances used with them are s385. Thanks

I have Alenco windows installed around 1984. The balance is stamped 2730. Does your product S371-28 work in the Alenco window. If so do I need the black top caps and no additional pieces? All the plastic pieces on the current windows have failed.
