Hello I need to change balance, but it is difficult to find it right one. I attached files and please advice for me. is it fit in S385?

I need a couple new block and tackle channel balances. Not up on my window lingo, but the windows tilt in to be removed and both the upper and lower windows move up and down. I own a home and have a single hung aluminum window without balancers. Does not tilt in/out. The code on the sticker reads model:8130 DH-C20. Mfg: Northwest Alum. Plastic ends broke on one end. Kinro windows. Channel is 1/2 inch wide28 inches long from plastic end to plastic tip.

This is a 1/2" channel balance, the length of the metal channel is 28" (not including the TOP or SHOE). Do I need a series 380 or series 385? Thank you in advance.

27 1 FL CALDWELL is the part no. shown on channel which is 1/2" wide and 28" long. It appears to be a S380 but the S385 &S390 look similar and I can't tell the differences. The window weighs 24 lbs. Good evening. The channel. Alance on my mother-in-law's aluminum double paned window broke. It is stsmped as a Caldwell 27-4 KL. There are no other standings or markings on the unit, and the metal portion measures 28" long. It looks like the clip that secures the balance to the bottom off the window ... (cont.)
