S385-29 29" Series 385 Channel Balance

Stamp on side shows 28D, Frame is 9/16" wide, the metal frame is 29" long. I have ordered from you before. Your order number was 1347517. Those were S395-26 but these ends look different and they are longer. These are for our condo clubhouse windows.

The only markings I could find were those in the attached photo "2840". The window weighs 28lbs.

I need to replace the channel balance on a few of my windows and all it says on it is 28B. Can you tell me which one it is? Thank u

Hi. The pictures I have attached are for two windows. The length of the balance is 29 inches are there is a number stamped on the side. It is hard to read, but I believe it says 28C USB. I have ordered from you before and have had great success. Thank you so much!

Stamped number on balancer is 28D. It measures 29" long. I need a total of 12 new complete balancers for 6 windows. Windows are 16 yrs old, Label states it's a Milestone Horizon Roller Series 1000

The house is in Florida, 6 years old. Vinyl windows with impact glass. One balancer cord broke. Stamped on the metal is "28DS 37" The metal channel is 30" long, 9/16" wide. Can you help me idenify this?

I could find stamp on every balance 28A and 28B, I am about to order the S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance, do you think it's correct?
