Sent you 5 photos of my balance that is broken. String is shot and broke a rivet. The channel is 30" long

I need some assistance please. I am trying to fix a window. These are the original balances. My father went to a window shop and was given 30 x10. Even after I replaced the broken balances the window is still very heavy and will not stay up. I do not know if I should get new balances and try again? ... (cont.)

Hi, I need to replace the balances and clips to hold the balances inplace (top sash guide?) on two Jordan windows. The only markings I could find were on the balances (29 5 GX CMC 11). The balances are 30" long and approximately 9/16" wide. The depth of the balance is approximately 5/8". ... (cont.)

I am looking for parts for Kinco windows. The balance on 9 windows has popped up out of the channel. One is missing the lower sash no idea where it is. Hello, The house is 20 years old and has non-tilted windows. The metal part is 30 inches long. The top guide has wings on both sides and maybe the 15P142 based on some of my reading. I need a replacement channel balance for my PGT window. The balance is 30 inches long. 2965 stamped on the side. The pulley near the hook is broken. Can't see it in the picture, but it is broken.
