Hi, I need to replace balancers on 8 windows. All are non-tilt. 5 need 32" balancers and 3 need 26" balancers. Attached are the pics for the 32". Looking to replace what we believe may be block & tackle window balances?? Our window (from the mid 1990s) doesn't seem to want to comfortably close all the way and just feels like it's putting unnecessary pressure upwards on the locking mechanism (which seems connected to the base of the upper wind ... The shoe has the number 15P102 in it. The end in picture that starts with 99 should have two wings on it. One broke off. The metal is 32 inches long.

Markings= 31 5 FU CMC 2

Channel length 32" I need help identifying the proper replacement. Let me know if you need better photos or other measurements. Thanks!

Hi there,The stamp is marked 31 inches, but when I measure the metal channel, it is exactly 32 inches. Should I get the 32 inch balance? Also, i have attached the stamp on the balance. Can you decipher this for the weight? Thank you,Louis

Need a replacement window balance, can you help ID this?

Needing to buy a new window balance. It measures 5/8" wide and 32" metal to metal. It's stamped 31 2 HP Caldwell. I have pictures of the ends.

Please see pictures. The width of the channel is 3/8'. The length is 32". The channel is marked "31 3 BT CALDWELL". There is no hook at the bottom near the pulleys. Can you tell me what parts to order?

I HAVE TWO DIFFERENT SIZE WINDOWS IN MY HOUSE. WHEN I MEASURE THE LENGHT OF ONLY THE METAL PART OF THE CHANNEL BALANCE, ONE MEASURES 26", AND ONE MEASURES 32". WHAT DO I NEED TO ORDER?

There don't seem to be ANY markings. The length is 32". Width is 1/2". Depth of footing seems to be 1 3/32".
