I am seeking the proper part number to replace the channel balance hardware in a single hung window. I have attached photos photos of parts of the existing channel balance hardware, one of which includes the product identification number. Greetings, I am looking for the channel balance replacement for our window. I was able to get as far as... Channel Balances > Non-Tilt Window > 1/2" Width then the next screen I was not sure what to pick. the silver metal length is 33" exactly. (not including plastic ends). Pictures included. Can ... I am pretty sure I need the 33 inch series 385 channel balance. The only other one that I am considering is the 33 inch series 380 channel balance. Do you think I'm on the right track? I see that the only difference between the two is the depth of the shoe, and I think the one I have is the longe ... (cont.)

One has string broken. There is other broken piece too but I did not save it for picture. I had difficulty taking out the window sash to get a good one for picture. Do you have this part? Thank You.

The metal channel is 33". The width of the channel is 9/16". The shoe 1-1/8" not 1".Felix

Hi, I believe I have either 385 or 380, however I'm not sure which. The bottom shoe looks like it's just a tad over 1" so I'm leaning towards the 385. Also, it's 33" and the stamping says 32-9 IX CMC 11, can you recommend the correct weight option to pick? Thanks!

Hi Swisco, I need balance replacement channels for 12 non-tilt windows. 1. 29" (4 windows) 2. 32" (8 windows)

I messaged the metal portion and it messaged 33".

Marking on hardware = "32 3 JP Caldwell" Metal Length 33" Window weight = @21 pounds bottom plastic = depth 1-3/32" Top plastic has a sight concave facing the exterior window frame.

These are custom windows Part imprinted is 32 5 KS Caldwell

Hi. I need to purchase replacement balances for my windows. These are the parts that need to be replaced. The one marked 32 4 EN is for a window weighing 32 pounds. The other is for a window weighing 19 pounds. Can you tell me which part i need to purchase?Pam

I have this type of balance that I cannot find a shoe for in you're list of items. This channel is 27 inches long without the ends. I need 10 of these plus four more but for a window that weighs 15-20 pounds. Thank you, Tom

The channel balances on my windows are old and need replacement. There is no part number on balance but found sticker in top of window. Also need the sash cams? Plastic pieces. Hope you can see the stamp on these. Our windows weight from 18 pounds to around 30 pounds. They're all the same length but different widths. Not quite sure what to get. Thanks.
