S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

part is stamped 33c z - window locks say harcar - part looks like #385 channel balancer -

Old and broken unit is 33" long not counting the plastic end pieces. There are no markings/numbers on the metal part of the channel unit. Sliding part of window is 46" wide and 36" tall I need to know what new channel item to order.

My Milgard windows in my 20 year old house have nearly all had the balances fail. They are vertical, non-tilt windows and are aluminum. Looking for replacement channel balances for our non-tilt vertical sliding windows. The length of the metal is 33". The number stamped on the balance is 3230.

Would like to replace a broken channel balance. Builder used Alpine window. Window # 152-502153 Channel balance # 32-2 BH5 CMC 75 I don't know what would be the SWISCO number.
