Hello,I am looking for this part of pivot bar. It is 2 and 1/2 inches long, with something like "11" in the middle and "4" on the sharp edge. The hole to the sharp end side has screw thread. The other side is T-shaped. And it fits coil balance shoe of item "15-180".Thanks.

I purchased replacement sashes from MI windows and they came with a different type of pivot rods than the one in the attachment. Can you help me in identifying the right part?

hoping to get some parts for a vinyl sash. The track guide is broken and the pin is missing. The "U" shaped pin measures approx. 3" long x 5/16" wide x 3/16" tall. The bottom of the sash where the pin screws to isn't in great shape either! Thanks for any help Chuck

Attached picture shows the front and back of our old pivot shoe that is 3/4" deep x 1-1/4" wide x 2-1/4 high. It is an obsolete Unique Balance part number: Shoe 720D, Cam 165 x 390. To Whom It May Concern, I am trying to fix my two windows. One window is missing a plastic pivot shoe on the left side of the window frame. The other window is missing both pivot bars. Hello, Do you have the Silverline Lower Sash Pivot Bar and holder in Stock as shown in the photos? I also need to order 2 balances that have the code 28 7. Sash weighs 27.4 lbs and the balances have the 1 1/4" shoes. I thank you for your time. Guy

Home Depot's windows purchased in approximately 2002. Cannot get window to stay in the mechanism that raises and lowers window. The metal bars appear bent but I do not know if that is by design.

I am unable to remove the pivot bar. I will spraying wd40 as in the video. Attached are two views of how badly rusted these are. I hope you can recommend a replacement. It looks like 26-340 but I would like to be certain about it. Thanks in advance, Dom

Hi Swisco - i'm unsure of which pivot bar to buy for this window. As you can see there is a lot of rust and the current pivot bar has basically disintegrated and some parts are inside the lower portion of the window. I cannot find any brand names on the windows. What should I put on what they call these? The metal rods protruding from the windows that latch onto the spring assembly, has also broken. Do you sell those as well?

Hello. The part of the window where the pivot bar mounts has broken off. The existing bar is 5/16 x 3/16 x 2 inches long. What would be the best solution to fix this? There is another hole, which was unused, that is 2-1/2 inches from the edge of the window. Do you make a longer pivot bar? I figured ... (cont.)

Can you tell me if you carry this exact shoe or an equivalent part that would fit?

the spirals are orange tips 5/8"and 16" long. I couldn't find the other parts in your lists. I think the carriers can be reused (just remove the rusted broken part) but I need the shafts. I can refit if new parts need to be adjusted. I have ordered parts from you before.
