Attached are pictures of the coil balance for my window. These pictures are from my window that weighs 23lbs. I also have another window that weighs 18lbs. and has the same problem where the coils have broken. The coils have broken on both sides of the windows. The plastic cover and the shoe are in ... 1998 Simonton see pictures and make sure I got correct numbers. 1/2 coil S160-06. 15-191 shoe 15-150D support, which looks different.

Balance is 1-1/4" wide, 1/2" thick. Writing on the spring says 35", 7.5#, W2H. Part numbers are visible, I have shown those in pictures.

I originally put this request in back in June of 2021. An agent requested some additional information because my balance covers look like 15-156 or 15-185 from the coil balance accessories page. Hello,I need window balance for my double hung window. Lowe can't help. The window is 25 years old. the balance has 5 on cover, it is 1.25 inch wide. Metal coil has 8 on it. Please help identify, thanks Julie

This piece has no numbers. It came from dream homes. I had to make cutout to get out after watching your video. This came out of double hung vinyl window. Looks nothing like other side coil as it is all one piece on other side.

I am working on a couple of Simonton windows with coil balances. one is a single coil stamped 5 and the other is a dual coil with the lower coil stamped 4 and the upper coil stamped 6.5. Which coil balances should I use?Thanks, Robert

Coil spring is broke or came loose. Any help..

I believe the parts I need are as follows (see photos): 1/2" coil balance, S160-06, 6.5# 1/2" coil single support, 15-150S 1/2" pivot shoe, 15-111 I intend to replace both sides.

We need to replacement the entire mechanism including the coil, shoe and balance. The mechanism is 4" long and 1/2" thick. Please see attached picture. The window sash was 20lbs. I've attached a picture of the balance spring and pivot shoe. I need a replacement spring.

Both springs, on each side of the inside window (double hung), for the constant constant force balancers broke in quick succession (I heard one of them snap). There are no part identifications that I can see on the springs/coils and the only markings on any other parts appear to be patent I.D.'s. ... (cont.)

The balance broke. I have not removed the part. I can't see a part number on what is there but it's about 1 3/4 " long and 1 1/4 " wide I included the model of the window, I hope that helps.
