I ordered 5 balance covers from Norandex in Allentown for a rental property and they gave me what appears to be two-spring balance covers and I think I need three-spring balance covers. We are unable to locate any name/number ect on the window or balance. Its a pretty unique balance so hoping you can ID it for us. We have two window sizes 58 x 34 1/2 and 47 x 21 1/2. We need 4 for the smaller ones and 16 for the larger ones.

The parts circled in the photos have all dry-rotted and disintegrated on one of my Simonton windows. Looking to find replacements for what I believe to be the tilt latch, shoe, coil (and how do I know coil weight?), and coil cover. Thanks.

I am in need of parts for my Simonton windows. I need balance coils, coil covers, and pivot blocks.

Our windows have cracked and broken spring covers on the sides of the casements. Some have broken, fallen into the bottom, and caused the windows not to open. Hi I'm looking for the correct parts to hold my window up. The coils seem to be in good shape do i need to replace the whole assembly.

Had one completely break in my Siminton window due to a short screw. Need a replacement for my standard window.

I believe I have a triple coil balance on this window. Both sides have failed. The coils are 3/4 inch wide, the cover is about 4 1/2 inches long. Not sure on the weight capacity I need but the window weighs about 22 pounds. I think I need the S-165 coils. If I replace both sides do I order six 4 ... (cont.)

Hello, these photos are from a Simonton window, I included a photo of a tag I could find. The window seems to be falling out of the bottom sash when tilted in. Also a plastic cover located higher is busted. Can you please advise what parts I need to order to fix this issue?

My measurements are 3/8" regress and 1 1/4 wide. I believe I know what parts I need but I wanted a professional suggestion. Thanks, Troy

Hi, Some of my window coil balance covers are broken, the spring exposed and the assembly seems blocked the tilt latch, so I can't move the sash up all the way without un-latch the sash. The thickness of the balance (I have ordered one from you, 9/16") seems need one less than 1/2". Any suggestions? ... (cont.)

I am trying to replace the balance on a Simonton single hung window. Both of the balances need replaced. The entire balance needs replaced but the sliders appear to be fine. There is a metal bar on the bottom of the window that needs replaced on one side. This metal bar is what connects the wind ... (cont.)

Hello - need to know what parts to order to replace the attached balances. The window is a Simonton window, Luminess 700 series. Need to order parts ASAP for an end of March settlement on the house.

I have Simonton double hung windows and all of the balances are deteriorating, which is disappointing, so I'm needing replacement parts. The only part number I can find is on the coil itself, which is PAT52323 #4.0 35"

I have the triple balance style and the notch is small for this 15-205. Could you make the notch longer to make it easier to install?
