The plastic that holds the balance shoe has broken on both sides of the sash. I've sent pics of the info attached to the window. Do you have replacement parts?

Need 2 each of balance blocks, coil spring, cover, and sash pins shaft.channel is 1.25 wide and 13/16" deep

I recently ordered what I thought was the correct replacement pivot shoe for my tilt in Simonton window. I was way off. I've mailed my return and would like to place an order if you can identify the part from the pictures I sent you. Thank you!

I need to replace the plastic bracket that holds the shoe. A bunch of them have snapped in the windows around my house. The springs are all present and in good shape as far as I can tell.

We had an old plastic insert where all of the parts basically failed simultaneously. Both pins broke off. The locking guides that hold the pins broke. And the safety latch broke.

Hi, i need several springs/coils and the metal rods that attach to the window that go into the spring/coil. I did not find any manufacturer name on the window....I'm hoping its a generic window and you have the parts. Thank you, appreciate any help. Tony

Hi - We recently purchased the Certain Teed Pivot Shoe to replace the one that broke..the plastic part had split in half.The opening on the certain teed is not quite big enough for the tab(?), not sure of correct term, to fit snugly in.Please advise, thank you!Dan

Hi - my son moved into his first house and a bunch of the windows (double hung) don't stay up, don't tilt right, etc. See pictures. What are all the parts needed?

The balances have broken on a double hung window on the right side of the window but unsure which parts are needed. Pictures have been uploaded.

Can't find any numbers. From looking at videos and pictures, think these are the replacement parts: 15-259 15-255 5159 26-083 Its a double hung window.

I found a window at one of our locations that has this plastic piece and a pivot bar. Both pivot bars on the window are broken. What kind of pivot bar do I need to purchase to fit this piece? The plastic piece is about 1 5/16" long.

pivot shoe for simonton double hung tilt window. i dont have a picture of this in the window but can get one if needed.

I need 14 sets. Window frames are 67" in length. Manufactured in 1974-75.
