Hi - We recently purchased the Certain Teed Pivot Shoe to replace the one that broke..the plastic part had split in half.The opening on the certain teed is not quite big enough for the tab(?), not sure of correct term, to fit snugly in.Please advise, thank you!Dan

Hi - my son moved into his first house and a bunch of the windows (double hung) don't stay up, don't tilt right, etc. See pictures. What are all the parts needed?

The balances have broken on a double hung window on the right side of the window but unsure which parts are needed. Pictures have been uploaded.

Can't find any numbers. From looking at videos and pictures, think these are the replacement parts: 15-259 15-255 5159 26-083 Its a double hung window.

I found a window at one of our locations that has this plastic piece and a pivot bar. Both pivot bars on the window are broken. What kind of pivot bar do I need to purchase to fit this piece? The plastic piece is about 1 5/16" long.

Hello In trying to unstick a stuck sliverline vinyl double pane double hung window I broke the adapter that holds the pins that is part of the side brackets (balances?) and the one of pins that go into the side balances. Greetings, I am interested in purchasing replacement window balances for my Simonton windows. I have attached photos of the factory balances and pivot shoe. The markings on the items are visible in the photos. Please advise if these are available and how to purchase. Thank you.

Need to replace pivot shoe and spirals both sides appear rusty and top sah won't pull down and bottom sash won't stay up. Vinyl windows with double tilt. I need to know the sizes of both shoe and spiral rod needed to fix my windows please (for two windows). Thank you. Vittoria
