Hello In trying to unstick a stuck sliverline vinyl double pane double hung window I broke the adapter that holds the pins that is part of the side brackets (balances?) and the one of pins that go into the side balances. I purchased 15-259, 26-083, 15-255 and S159-07 to fix my Simonton windows but the coil balance pivot shoe does not fit in the opening in the vinyl track of my windows. Based on your website photos I believe I have the part name correct. It is 7/8ths wide. I'm hoping you can make sense of the numbers on the product tag. As you can see in my picture ours has suffered a catastrophic failure. RIP ? Are you able to provide a replacement?

I returned Pivot Shoe 15-192 because it has extended rails/guides either side, making it not a suitable fit for my 2007 Simonton brand windows. I need weatherstripping and pivot bars. Unfortunately, I can't see the length of the pivot bars, as I can't get the screws off of the bottom of the sash.
