Simonton coil balance replacements needed for 2 lower sash windows and one upper sash. Double coils they are. Bottom sash weights 21.7 lbs. I want to get the correct coils. Coil spring S159 is this ok? Double coil support 15-256. Pivot shoe 15-259. Pivot bar 26-083 needed? Numbers on window frame 62 ... (cont.)

I believe the I've found enough information on your site to know that the 15-259 pivot shoe is the proper replacement for the broken pivot shoe in the photos I've provided. Need a right and left replacement coil and pivot shoe and 2 pivot bars for my Simonton upper sash...Windows were manufactured circa 2006. Coil assembly is approximately 1 7/8 wide. This thing broke in half under the cam. I don't know if it's part of a larger piece. The window tilts but only stays in position on one side. The windows are probably 15 years old at least. Can you guys help me out?

Hi, I have a bottom sash, Simonton I believe, installed 1996, 35.5 inches by 25 inches. Each side has two springs 405 J. Photo attached. The broken parts are both pivots and one shoe. The springs appear OK. They attach to the shoe with a single screw. I'd like to replace both pivots and both ... (cont.)

I have a Simonton window from 2005 I do have a tag on the side of the window but need parts for several of the same kind of windows. Double hung Certainteed Tilt Coil Spring. It appears to look something like this in the photos. Would you be able to determine what part I need?

Double hung window, lower sash springs broken, both sides, looking for 9 Lb. springs, pivot bar and pivot lock shoes. Hello, I had my Simonton windows installed a few years ago, now these mechanisms are breaking rapidly. Plastic ends are breaking in a lot of my windows. Can you help ID the part and help me with getting new ones, hopefully constructed better than the originals?

I have two broken coil balances in each of two window frames, and I need a little guidance on selecting and installing replacement parts. The windows both weigh 16 pounds, one is 25" tall and the other 28". The top part says #9.0. The springs and snapped down to the shoes, and they read #9.0 and 35" ... (cont.)
