I believe the I've found enough information on your site to know that the 15-259 pivot shoe is the proper replacement for the broken pivot shoe in the photos I've provided. This thing broke in half under the cam. I don't know if it's part of a larger piece. The window tilts but only stays in position on one side. The windows are probably 15 years old at least. Can you guys help me out?

Hi, I have a bottom sash, Simonton I believe, installed 1996, 35.5 inches by 25 inches. Each side has two springs 405 J. Photo attached. The broken parts are both pivots and one shoe.
