Hello. I've recently ordered some 351 channel balances and discovered one window has broken the piece that the balance sets into. The pic shows an undamaged one. Can you help me with selecting the part? Thank you!

Wile replacing broken channel balances the left top Sash Guide broke. Would like confirmation that your PN# 18-188 will fit. Photos are the same part from other side. Window is Milgard circa 1999. I can't seem to locate the shoe I have off a Milguard window I will attached a photo with measurment. The number on the balancer is 26 2 DW CMC 10. I do need two of all these components.I hope I have given you a good description of what I need.ThanksGary

The channel balances on my windows are old and need replacement. There is no part number on balance but found sticker in top of window. Also need the sash cams? Plastic pieces. I need to replace this sash guide. It seems to be a match for the product code 18-188, but the 18-188 doesn't have the cap on the top. The measurements are all the same. Any help with the available options would be very much approved.

I just spoke to you on the phone regarding a Milkgard window with a broken plastic piece on the channel balance and a broken plastic piece on sash. Photos are attached. The the spring loaded bar seems to be ok - the plastic angled parts that mount onto the window are broken.

Hi I ordered a pair of window balancers from you but I need more parts. I believe I need the 2 top sashes for each side of the window I cannot get the balancers to stay in the guides without trying to pop up I believe that both sides of the sashes are broke Thanks

After struggling to find a correct balance for my windows, Swisco provided me a link to a custom balance, which I ordered. (D194610, 1529069) I attempted to replace the balancers this weekend.
