Can you confirm that this item 82-265, Latch. And item 82249 keeper are compatible. Any recommendations on on keyed handle set in white.

On the lock mechanism 2 pat.numbers 5.820.170 and 6.264.252 and it's a J W door

No markings other than "pat pend"

The Door is referred to as a ProFinish Brickmould 600. The distance between the two small holes is 3 7/8" (3 15/16"). The distance between the two center holes is 1.5". The small holes are 5/16" and the large holes are 1/2". I need a keyed locking system for the outside

I ordered new mortise, key lock and thumb latch. Cut down the key lock to the exact same length as the old one but I've lost the thumb latch tail, just assumed it was full length.
