S395-18 18" Series 395 Channel Balance

My left channel rod of my window broke. I would like to replace the channel rods. I am including pictures. The Metal Channel is 18" I am including pics so you could see the measurements. Please help me picking what part should I order. Thanks!!!

Part includes "17 1 BR Caldwell" printed on it

I'm looking for 2(two) 18" balances for replacement. The photos submitted have all the information available to me. I would appreciate if you're able to find suitable replacement balances for me. Thank you in advance, Aaron

I purchased a pair of channel balances (S395-17 Option 1610) for a small non-tilt window manufactured by PGT. The S395 style is correct The existing channel balance is stamped 17 1 EW CMC 4. I wrongly interpreted the code to mean 17 inch and the 1 to signify the lightest load class but the balanc ... (cont.)
