This is the part on the left hand side of the window. Do you have a replacement?? If not exact do both sides need to be replaced with matching parts ? Thanks

Hi, I'm looking for this top latch mount for our tilt out window but cannot find the specific size we have versus your inventory. can you help with this? The latch has the following written underneath:Active Co NY

30 year old, single hung, Pennco windows. The Tilt latch has broken (pictures 1 & 2). This is the left side of the window. Picture 3 shows the complete, right side latch. Tilt latch for the top of the sash, the bigger white plastic slide is 7/8" x 2" and the 2 tabs on the bottom are 1/4" long. I was able to find the slide part but not the clip or spring on your website.

Do you have access to these parts available replacement parts? Thank you

All the sash pivots, all the coil spring balances and the upper latches I've included pictures. it doesn't look like The old sash balances will come out of the tracks without cutting into the vinyl? Hello. This clip is from the left side of a window. The clip locks the window into the window frame and is used to remove the window for cleaning, etc. I would be purchasing multiple left and right clips to have as spares. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Both latches are broken need nee ones

The tab that fits into the window frame I guess you would call it. The window release has broken. Am I able to get a replacement part?
