Need top and bottom balancers for a couple windows

Hi I need to know the part number I should order to replace several window tilt latches that have broke.

I have a Single Hung Vinyl Window manufactured by SEASONSHIELD where the tilt latch has broken. The Tilt Latch is a flush mount latch (white) that is on the right side of the window as you tilt the window towards you. the only markings I see on these windows are on the latching mechamisim which says Prism. just got this house and none of the windows really seem to seal tight with the latches. I'm not sure if they are just worn out but you really have to force them to interconnect and in most cases the latching ... (cont.)

The windows are in a state of disrepair. Broken shoes and coils. Would like to replace the coils and pivot shoes. We have 10 sashes. 5 x 25lbs (these appeared to have two coils like this one) 3 x 33.5lbs and 2 x 32.5lbs (these have 3 coils on each side) Would replace both sides as recommended. ... (cont.)

Small bathroom window has one of these on each side. Not sure what replaces or how it is to be done. Can follow directions if you have any.

I'm looking for new hardware in white for the attached latches; left/right swing window side latches, (1) top latch. The side latch shows the # .092. That is the only marking I see. I don't see any markings on the top latch.

I recently received an order from Swisco of 2 window tilt latches, parts #s 26-391 and 26-390. Order was placed based on the patent # on the original parts, 5,139,291. The latches are both too long and too wide. Original part width is 9/16", length 2.5". Any suggestions?
