I need to repair or replace sashes on 13 Jardan single hung windows. I recently purchaed the home. I looked at one of the sashes and it is stamped 2830F. Is this the same part as a he 2830? Once I investigate and have the bottom line I will place an order.

I need to replace 14 of the 1/2" side balances. Total 7 windows. The one I removed states 3020. I measured and is 30" approximate long. Which model will be the one you carry?Thank you IAN

I am needing to order channel balances. My length is 26 7/16 this is measuring only the metal part. The stamp on it is 26D. Per your pictures it looks to have top 19-004, and bottom shoe 15-002.

As you can see from the attached picture, the stamp is "27 B". Other sites cross-reference that to 2720. Can you provide replacement channel balances for my 38 year old house. I recently purchased the S350-22 channel balance (with the 15-004 shoe) and it is 1/2" too long. My balance measures 21.5". The foot is also a little too tall. Maybe my shoe should be the 15-001 or 15-002. Can you please help me identify the proper length of my channel balance and the proper shoe? T ... (cont.)

The plastic parts of the channel have broken and it is only assisting from one side.I believe the channel I'm looking for is the series 370.
