I can?t seem to find this particular pivot shoe in your selectionIt is 3/8? thick 1? wide and 2? tall

I recently purchased your spiral balance tool, but now I need the bottom pins for the window. I also need to purchase at least three of these bottom pins. For some reason, the red button will not allow me to submit photos.

The windows I have are original in the house built 18 years ago. I have no identifying marks or labels to go off of. I have tried to order multiple variants of shoes, always to get the wrong one. The closest ones I have found were 3/8" thick and roughly the same size, however, the receiver hole ... (cont.)

I need an open slot 3/8 shoe in oblong shape. I ordered what I thought were the correct items but they will not work. What would be the correct shoe for my window (probably a Quaker window).

Any idea if this is something you have? It's around 2'' long - this one is broke, obviously. We just know it came from a Care Free window. Thank you! Carla

We believe the window is a Care Free Window. Our house is a Dutch Housing, Inc. manufactured home built is 1991. It is a 53 x 46 inch window, the tilt part weighs 21.2 lbs., 25 3/4" long and 3/8 diameter.

Hi,My 20 year old tilt windows take a 26-297 pivot bar, which has a channel that is 1/4" wide and 3/16" tall. I can't seem to locate the 9/16" pivot shoe with that size opening. The ones I ordered were 15-173. The opening in them is too big.Thank you,Jim

As you can see in this photo this part has broken the plastic it was screwed into. Any solution?

Please see attached photos ..... can please help to verify the parts needed before I order. The window is labeled "Care Free". I'm thinking that the shoe is 15-045, pivot bar is 26-297, and finally the changing tool is 75-006. Am I correct? Thank you!

Have a Care Free Window, need a pivot lock ( many) I see where you suggest pivot lock15-134 and 26-297. My question is the Care Free pivot lock has a "V" like slot allowing the window to tilt up to pull window out. The 15-134 looks to be just a rectangle with no "V" notch? How do you get window in ... (cont.)

Need to replace these with Heather duty if possible.

Windows purchased at Home Depot 17 years ago. Vinyl single hung, spiral balance and tilt in. Bottom bracket rusted away. Round hole (3/8") in side of sash and 2 screw holes in bottom (1 1/2" and 2 3/4" from edge) for bracket. What bracket do I need? Thank you.

Please advise if I may purchase this item.
