I am looking for this part can you help me? My windows tilt in.

Series 796 channel balance. I need 2 of these. Stamp on the ones now are 22-5. This is a 23" channel but I don't know what spring strength to order based on the stamp. Also, what is the difference between a closed am and open cam? Pictures look the same?

Looking to locate balance to order a few replacements. Considering how difficult it has been to locate these I'll probably order spares in some additional sizes. The plastic pulley connection to the spring has failed on 2 balances. Mine use a screw mounting vs a hook. See photos

After reviewing images on your Web site, I think I need to order 35" Series 795 Channel Balance Product Code: S795-35. I will include pictures. Although the balances I need to replace have a 35B stamp, I think I should bump up to a 35C since the sash weighs 23 pounds. FWIW, there are two sashes in ... (cont.)

I believe that these are Ellison Series 200 single hung windows manufactured in 2003. The pivot mechanism for the sash is broken. I am trying to find a replacement part. Thanks, Rob

Hello, I am in need of helping identifying the replacement right and left tilt latches and pivot shoes for my single hung tilt vinyl windows. Looking for part numbers for parts photos attached. The cam is 1.25" Wide, 0.5" thick. The spring is stamped with "30B" and has a single screw hole at the top. The latch is approx 9/16" wide and approx 2 5/8" long (on side that inserts into window). Looking for both left and right. Thank you! ... (cont.)

Hi, I need to replace a few channel balances on my windows. Looking thru your site I think they are the 36" Series 795 but I would like some confirmation. The balance on the window are 36" long, measured as the photo on the 795. Thank you, Robert

I have a few windows that have broken pivot shoes. The balancers are in good shape. These are silver line windows. The shoes are 1 1/4" wide. Do you have any replacements? The clips on top of the shoes, where they attach to metal balancer, all seem to be broken. Thanks

Moss brand window installed in 2006. Clips holding spring in metal channel broke. Marking on channel has 34S. Pictures attached for reference. Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated!
