Sirs: I would like some help in ordering 2(two) replacement balancer for my windows. Checking your page featuring window balancers, I think that item S380 - 2875 would fit the bill. Please advise. Thank for your attention Flavio

The channel length is 29" (Not including end caps), width is 9/16"...and channel depth is 1/2" This is a large window....roughly 50" wide. Markings are 28F. It appears to have a 19-023 top and a 15-077 bottom...but your "wings" look wider than mine. On mine...total width of end pieces at wings is 15 ... (cont.)

I was thinking I need a Series 380 channel balance but a Swisco rep encouraged me to ask for custom advice. He said the shoe looked a little small. I need four balances with a 2340 stamp and six balances with a 2940 stamp. What do you think?

First is length 18". Stamped 17 1 D I Second is length 30" NO markings. Both have same plastic ends.

I've attached pictures of one of the bar that enables the window to slide up & down. Since there are different sized windows in the house, we have found 1840, 2340, 2320 & 1820 stamped in the metal.

Trying to order the correct channel balance. From the markings I know it is 2630 but not sure which series to order. Also... not sure if these need to be replaced to solve my issue or not... the window sash is incredibly hard to open and close... does not glide. The channel balances seem to be int ... (cont.)

Hello ... I have two window balance that I am looking to replace. I have attached most pictures of one that has 1640 BSI (pix 4 if you zoom in on track) written on it and other has Caldwell identifier (pix 1). Need replacement balance although the old balance is stamped 28-G-70 the metal part of the balamce is 29" long

Hi There,I follow the guide and found that S380-29 fits what I need with a slight difference, S380-29 shoe width is 1" (15-005) but mine is 7/8"(15-029). Do you guys have one with that shoe width?Thanks,Jesus
