Balance is 30 inches long and 9/16 wide it is stamped 2940 at the end. I have attached some pictures of the ends. I need to know which one I need to order. Also I have a picture of a plastic piece that attaches to the window. I need to know which part I need to order

Hello, I have two windows that require new balances. One window is stamped 28C (weighs about 17 pounds) and the other is 28D (weighs about the 29 pounds). Windows are single hung, non-tilt. Metal part measures 29". Need to replace on at least two windows. Internal system came apart but I can see a couple of small wheels, pulley, elastic cord and more.

Looking to replace the window balances in three windows. My house was built in 1991 and the windows are Alcan? Windows. I need the balancers, top guides and glazing strips. The balancers are 30 inches in length with out the ends.
