Hi --- I bought a 25 year old house. The windows are in good shape with the exception that the casement hardware is not working -- I can open the window but not close them. I'm looking for some bottom plastic retainer clips for Silverline casement windows. The part number stamped into one of the arms is HG04 2004U. I have pictures of the part I need that I can submit to you. I need both a right and a left.

Siteline casement circa 2006 top sash hinge. The small piece that is loose was attached making it 8 3/4" arm looking for a left and right.

One of them say AMS 6795 One is for the right window and another picture is for the left. We're looking to replace both.

Hello - seems like this is rusted and one of the other windows has a similar hinge but that one is broken. The window opens to the right (when facing the window from the inside).

We have older windows without brand ID... Or maybe I just don't know where to look. We're missing the second piece from the operator that keeps the bottom of the window in alignment when opened. This part is at the bottom, pivoting side of the right side window. It is hard plastic and moves on a short track with the plastic piece, stamped 'PIECE,, held on track under a slot on the inside frame. The inside part of the plastic piece has broken so it doesn't track.

11 inch The bar is 11.25 inches long. The windows that I have have a channel at the bottom that a wheel rides in and they are rear mounted. Maybe a shorter arm might work? This is an Anderson CW130 right-hand casement window. I thought the crank needed to be replaced. However, the crank seems to work well. The window opens and closes, except it will not close tight enough for the latch to grab. It's about 1/4" short of the lock catching (see photo).I tightened the ... (cont.)
