I have aluminum non tilt windows in florida. There are wings on the top and bottom. I need 2 window balancers that are stamped 2930..measurements are 30" and 1/2" wide..also sent pics to confirm correct clips... But a Swisco Rep said it would have to be a custom production. I attempted to order 2-S380-37 with different bottom shoe(15-029 7/8" depth) but there was no place to put the note concerning change on the bottom shoe.. stamping on channel is:3650 BSI..sill weight is 34lbs.....

I need (2EA) 28B or 2820 channel balance with 19-005 top and 15-029 shoe. Please let me know what costs would be. Thanks Jon

I am looking to order (4) balances with a 15-029 shoe. The length of the balance is 28-1/2" and they are marked with a 27-1/2 3.

I need two window guides for Alcan bottom sashes, please. The guides are 24 inches, and the sash weight code is "h 2310." The bottom shoe is 7/8 inch, not 1 inch. Please help identify my window balances. They are stamped 28C I believe I need the 2830 balances. Photos attached. Home built in 2006.

Metal length is 24 inches. In need of 4 balances. It looks like your series 380/385, but my bottom shoe measures 7/8 inch. Not 1 or 1 3/32. This is custom?

Would this be a custom balance due to the shoe, or could a series 380 with a 1" shoe be used?

I need to replace a non-tilt channel balance on at least one of my windows. The metal portion of the balance measures 30 inches and I have attached photos showing the plastic caps on each end. I got the balance springs in and it's really tight. It's sort of chewed up the lower section. Maybe I need the other smaller ones. I ordered S380 Also ? do you guys sell weather stripping that goes at the bottom?

The channel balancers have a stamp on them reading 20C bsi They are non tilt , single hung with aluminum sash They are 21" from metal to metal The shoe is 7/8", and we would need 3 pairs so 6 in total.
