As suggested by your help line, I am emailing the order information from a recent order and a photo of the channel balances they were meant to replace. I believe this is 35" Series 380 Channel Balance S380-35 / Option: 3440 Am I right?

Purchased S380-29" but can't fit my window in. Upon comparing it to the original channel (see images), I noticed that the ones I purchased are at least 2 milimeters deeper. How do I go about getting the correct one?

Stamped number on balancer is 28D. It measures 29" long. I need a total of 12 new complete balancers for 6 windows. Windows are 16 yrs old, Label states it's a Milestone Horizon Roller Series 1000

The original balance is top in both photos. Stamped 2930. Shoe has shallow angle. Original single sash window in Maronda home built in 2006.

Part #2930 stamped on housing.

They are non tilt 27" x 9/16" x 5/8". Part #2630F. Do you have replacements?. I will also need 1 3/4" Sach caps, white.

The spare measures approximately 27"on the length ( metal front)
