15-029 Winged Channel Balance Shoe, 7/8" Depth

Looking in to replacement channel balances. Was looking at either the S380 or S385, however, my bottom shoe measures 7/8". I was informed that this would need to be a custom balance order. Balance is 30" in length, with a 2950 stamp. I will need a quantity of (6).

Everything matches, but I am concerned that the shoe depth is 1 inch on this model -- where shoe depth is measuring 7/8" (maybe 15/16 at the most).

Hi, I am looking to replace my channel balances, can you help me identity the correct replacement. I am Al's going to replace the sash guide, which I think I have identified the correct replacement.

Do you carry a replacement for the channel balance shown in the pictures attached? I'm a contractor myself, but these are for our home in Florida.

We have channel with 28G stamped on it. This appears to be a custom order according to what I have read on your site due to heavy duty spring. Have been discussing replacement channel balances with customer service. This is a 27" balance with a 2690 stamp on it. The channel balances just have 28D stamped on them. I've included a picture of the existing channel balance. Just want to confirm that this is the 29" Series 390 Channel Balance 2840. ok.. I am repairing newly bought home windows that need attention, single hung. I closely match the S380 except the bottom channel shoe dim is not 1" but 15/16". Also the flat side is alittle different. So question, is this a show stopper or is there another option? Thanks for the input. Also ... (cont.)

I am looking for the correct replacement sash and weight. It is 29 inches. I would think the 28 usb would tell me. But not sure and need a few.

30" long metal channel 9/16" wide S380 Balance Shoe is 1" wide; mine is around 15/16" or 7/8". S380 Balance Top looks the same Stamped "2940"

The metal is 30 inches long. I need 2 of them.

Stamp on side shows 28D, Frame is 9/16" wide, the metal frame is 29" long. I have ordered from you before. Your order number was 1347517. Those were S395-26 but these ends look different and they are longer. These are for our condo clubhouse windows.
