15-029 Winged Channel Balance Shoe, 7/8" Depth

I believe that I need the #380 channel balance. The length of the metal part is 24" and the width is 1/2". The #2320 is stamped in the metal. I need some window parts identified please. You will see the windows by IMG_3140 are Alcan. I need Sash Guides (picture attached) and a Channel Balance (picture attached). The Channel balance is stamped "3635" and the metal is 37" in length.

Parts have no markings other than 28-B Measure at 29". Each end is the winged clip version. Not certain of window OEM maker.

The only markings I have are on the outside of the channel UB 28C. The spring dimension is 14" body length x 1/2" diameter

The numbers on the hardware is 2320. I am looking to order 2 of these.

My window balances look like the Series 350, cut a customer service rep says it looks like a specialty bottom. it's 7.8" from front to back, as he called it. I need two. 28" long 2730 stamp Can you expedite these?

The channel length is 29" (Not including end caps), width is 9/16"...and channel depth is 1/2" This is a large window....roughly 50" wide. Markings are 28F. It appears to have a 19-023 top and a 15-077 bottom...but your "wings" look wider than mine. On mine...total width of end pieces at wings is 15 ... (cont.)
