I was thinking I need a Series 380 channel balance but a Swisco rep encouraged me to ask for custom advice. He said the shoe looked a little small. I need four balances with a 2340 stamp and six balances with a 2940 stamp. What do you think?

My Swisco CSR said my balance may look like a Series 380, but it's probably a custom with a 15-029 shoe. Is that what you see? I need four (24") 2340 stamps and six (30") 2940 stamps.

I am replacing 2 channel balance from a Norandex or Alcan window. The channel is marked 2950 and is a 30" square balance. This balance rod/guide or whatever it is called is for an Alcan window. I believe it is 24" and the numbers on it are 2310. Also need the top sashes.

Hello, As you can see my sashes are completely distroyed: The metal shaft is 29" long 1/2" wide channel 7/8" shoe...back to front The only number stamped on shaft was 28B

I had ordered part S380-29, but I seem to have gotten the bottom shoe incorrect. The top guide matches, but the bottom shoe appears to be slightly larger (about 1/8th of an inch) with these new balances and thus won't fit in the window. I need 10 window balances like the S380. I have attached photos of them the numbers are 2830 , 2830Z, and 30 C. They have wing tips on the top and bottom. The depth of my balance shoe is 7/8".
