Simonton casements crank out window (R.H. SWING), the plastic top hinge broke allowing the window to fall out a little. Need to find the entire top bracket that holds the plastic pivot hinge and also the top arm if possible. I would appreciate any help you can offer.ThanksDon

I need the left and right hinge assembly, including the hinge arm, hinge slide etc. for two (2) Simonton vinyl awning windows. Sash size is 22x34. Also need new tie bars for both windows. All parts need to be stainless steel as this is a beach house.

Stainless part of hinge slide is 13" long w 4 screw holes. Markings include #40987 and words " pry to remove sash. Slide arm has #31858 and is 7 3/8" long.Crank operator has # 31876 Truth on bottom of an arm. The hole to insert crank into window frame is 4 7/8" long. Your assist is much appreciated. ... (cont.)

Hi, I measured the hinges and the actual measurements are 13 inches by 7.25 inches. The 14 inch hinge you list has measurements of 14 inches by 6.75 inches.
